shropshire dan 467
Got a tracer ledray 300 white. And clears 200yards with amber filter but not with red, maybe 120yards with the red filter. Quote Link to post
mturner85 9
Is this the lenser p7 your talking about? If so I have the same torch, at first I was impressed in till I bought a cheap £14 cree off ebay which was just as(if not) brighter than my p7 which I payed £49 for, always pay more for something that comes in a fancy box ?. shropshire dan 467
To be fair I've probably paid more for mine because of the name tracer. But its still a bloomin good lamp Quote Link to post
Cliff Ray 185
If you want a long distance RED get this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UniqueFire-HS-802-Cree-1-Mode-Long-range-Red-light-hunting-Led-Flashlight-torch-/171190737117?pt=UK_SportsLeisure_Camping_LightsLanternsTorches&hash=item27dbc358dd The same seller puts them up for auction starting at 99p so you can get it much cheaper. Mooching Celt 659
It's no good really putting a filter on an LED torch, far better to change the chip for a red/blue/amber/green one 1 Quote Link to post
GEOFF.223 83
If u want cheap changeable colour lamp a halogen is the way to go. The led lenser torches are made to high quality so should last a lifetime. And as said before filter on a led doesn't work. Quote Link to post

I have used it to count rabbits on the cliff top near me and with the central part of the beam I can see them clearly at 175m (I just measured it on Google Maps) without using a scope. griffshrek 1
Try a T20 with a red LED or if you can handle a soldering iron an Olight SR 50/51 with a red led will give an enormous throw Quote Link to post
